ART FOUNDATION

 

The mission of the Posada Art Foundation is to educate, inspire and sustain the legacy of Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada (1852-1913). The Foundation, through the presence of its exhibitions, merchandise and licensing sales supports a variety of not-for-profit organizations projects in the visual arts and education that assist youth development, as well as organizations involved in education and research in social movements.

The Brady Nikas Collection is the largest privately held collection in the United States of works from the family archive of the Imprenta de Antonio Vanegas Arroyo. Second in size only to the 271 printing blocks of the United States Library of Congress collection, the Brady Nikas Collection contains 245 printing blocks. La Colección Brady Nikas es la colección privada más grande en los Estados Unidos de trabajos del archivo familiar de la Imprenta de Antonio Vanegas Arroyo.
